The Beginning

Founded by Mike Soertsz, a seasoned entrepreneur and yachting enthusiast, HelmShare was born from a simple observation: the luxury yacht market was inaccessible to most investors, despite its strong cash flow potential.

First Fleet

After extensive market research and regulatory compliance work, HelmShare launched its first fleet of charter yachts in the Seychelles, offering accredited investors their first opportunity to participate in fractional yacht ownership.
